Building Sustainable Partnerships

Donna Woudenberg, NDMC post-doc, was instrumental in organizing the second Building Sustainable Partnerships Forum, a joint effort on Oct. 30 by the School of Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), UNL’s Rural Initiative, and the City’s Cleaner Greener Lincoln Initiative. Several other NDMC staff helped facilitate and organize sessions.

New NIDIS Contract

The NDMC has signed a three-year contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to provide a variety of assistance to the National Integrated Drought Information System, including input into NIDIS portal development, help desk service, and assisting with regional pilot study activities.
