Dry Horizons is a newsletter for you: concerned citizen; engaged water supply, agriculture or emergency manager; drought planner; policy maker. You may be involved in a regional Drought Early Warning System, or you may be new to drought issues.

Monthly issues of Dry Horizons highlight success stories and new developments in drought planning and mitigation, and offer a forum for sharing drought questions among subscribers. Through Dry Horizons you can also provide valuable feedback to the Drought Risk Management Research Center about their latest tools for drought preparedness and management.
