About Brie
Brie joined the National Drought Mitigation Center staff as a GIS Specialist in the summer of 2022. She earned her M.S. in geosciences in 2022, where she focused on ground water response to meteorological drought. Professionally, she is interested in applying remote sensing techniques to hydrogeologic issues. Outside of work, Brie enjoys running, hiking and camping. Occasionally she still finds time away from a computer to look at rocks.
