Goal: Facilitate communication among drought communities

Objectives:

  1. Determine the organizational structure, frequency, and methods of a communication network
  2. Facilitate the development of a drought coordinator network
  3. Coordinate the collaboration and development of critical indicators, evaluation criteria, drought exercises, and post-drought assessments

Stakeholders: national, tribal, state, and local drought contacts
